It’s been warm enough to do some grounding lately. Our back yard lawn has become a bit of a spring meadow, so I have been letting my toes tread through the soft grass and flowers on my walk to and from the laundry line. Grounding? “Walking barefoot, also known as “earthing,” has gone from being a kooky counter-culture trend, to a scientifically-researched practice with a number of remarkable health advantages, such as increasing antioxidants, reducing inflammation, and improving sleep.” 

Whatever, go get some dirt between your toes…
